Format of the Program

8 weekly live classes.

Each class lasts about 2.5 hours.

Home exercises will be provided at the end of every session, while not compulsory, you are strongly encouraged to do them.


Notes, presentation, and audios are uploaded weekly.

These will help you work through the exercises as we progress through the material over the 8 weeks.
