Let Me Introduce

Katherine Venier

Katherine has a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling and is a certified trainer of the 8 week Compassionate Mind Training.

She undertook this training with Dr Chris Irons and Dr Charlie Heriot-Maitland at Balanced Minds. Katherine chose to specialise in Compassionate Mind Training to use this approach to help people navigate their way through the complexities of modern life with understanding and confidence.

She has lived, studied, and worked in Johannesburg, London, and Dublin where she now resides.
